I will add indeed a couple of flags if the mexican are painted.
Second test game today.
With turn 9 the mexican could eliminate last texan units and occupy the remaining VP sections (Chapel "A" and Hospital "B") so the Mexican won (as you can see in the game counter App) in
Turn 9and with 5VP = Mexican Decisive Victory
So i must only adjust the dice value of some things minimal.
Used Units Texan: 3x LDR, 9x ART and 40x INF Mexican: 5x LDR, 125x INF (in 5 colums of 25)

Here is the "LOS-Range" Chart, which helps to determine the LOS and fire range sections better, because my 3D board fits not exact the original game plan.

The final rules adjustments, working for my microscale gameboard, are ready. Rules as i am always prefer, easy and straight-line and fast (fast means here, the game takes around 90 minutes).
Comments and suggestions are welcome. I can imagine similar rules to create a "Hougoumont" scenario gameboard too.

The "Scale the walls" bases are also ready now, therefore again a few pics with the definite ready gameboard.
And in order to get attuned

South-West corner, defended by Bowie

Well, in meantime more and more microscale files are available from different providers, some are detailed as larger figures. Not sure if you need really detailed miniatures, which slow down the painting, which you don“t see later on gaming table in gaming distance.
But for those, who needs nevertheless such detailed prints, they could do Alamo with more detailed prints, as this example shows. Original files from "Project Wargaming"

Just got the model and painted it for a test setup, to sketch the streams What are the dimensions of the model when set up like this? What groundscale have you used?

The complete Alamo compound is around 337 x 288mm large. I dont know, if this is the exact 2mm scale, because i didnt found any exact Alamo dimensions.
So i scaled the Alamo model, appropriate to my 2mm scale miniature bases and the requirements of the original game board.

The large courtyard is 'apparently' 462ft by 162ft, with the chapel complex adding an extension in the right front corner. The added area is irregular and I have no figure for this, and would have to scale plans, but it is supposed to total around 3 acres, with the plaza accounting for 1.7acres - so a little smaller than the plaza, but larger than it appears because of being broken up into three smaller compounds.
I use 1:1000 scale, but I know that 1:900 is common as well. This should make ~141x50mm for the main plaza to ~156x55mm for the main plaza.
