Because my "Rorkes Drift" projekt and rules adjustments for "Victoria Cross II" is ready and works,
the question is, could this game concept work also here
because the battle should be similar. I will see, what´s going on here in future....

Found already a suitable game (same publisher and game designer as Victoria Cross II)
And if you take a view on the game-map and the rules, you will notice it has also a similar game concept as VCII. So i should let print the Alamo an create a game-board

I love it already. The rules look great; nicely tailored for this particularized battle.

Revised the original STL files from Thingiverse, so it looks more as the game-map above. I hope, with the adjustments, the files can be print in FDM easier and have more stability
You can also see the planned number and kind of Texan units. Red: 9x ART Green: 3x LDR Brown: 20x INF

Ok, sections sketched in, the red "X" determine the ART setup
and both Artillery pieces in comparison. The mexican artillery is needed to replace the texan artillery, if they are taken over by the Mexicans.

First thoughts and adjusted "Sequence of Play"
I must also adjust the general rules of battle (range fire, melee, scaling walls e.g.), so it fits better with very small figures I think i using a game mechanic like "Victoria Cross II".
The final rules following after all/enough test games again.

Pics of first test game, the reinforcement column of "Amat" arrived already on turn 3 (earliest possibility). I had to used my ACW "Yankees" stripes as Mexicans, because those are still inside the 3D-Printer And i used a D8 as "action" die. Only for reinforcement rolls i used a D6. First thougts about the rules adjustments, but all can still change a little bit, during the test games.
