Hi all Sadly another long gap between updates. There always seems to be an endless amount of half finished projects on my workbench. I'm knocked out another batch of buildings in different colours to the last batch, so I can start to plan how to lay them out on some bases. I probably enjoy making terrain more than painting figures and finishing these buildings gets me closer to starting on some farms, villages and larger towns along with other terrain. The buildings are a mix of Forward March Studios along with a handful from Thingverse (including the La Belle Alliance in the front). The painting is a little rough but I just want to get them on the table! Thanks

And some rural buildings. A mix of FMS and stuff from Thingverse including a La Haye Sainte. I'll probably texture the base on the farm a bit more to hide the print lines.

Wow, those look great! Nice paint jobs- very mellow, natural looking colors. It's great to see how seamlessly my figs blend with the La Saye Hainte model- the scale of the details lines up very nicely. And nice job combining the individual models into larger ones.
I know what its like to be too busy to fully engage with the hobby, trust me. Sometimes life intervenes. I've been caught up in looking for a new job, and now moving. Plus some light mountain climbing here and there. I've also got a ruleset that I'm working on which I'll be done with, hopefully soon. I still have things I want to add to the Library though.
Anyways, I'm looking forward to seeing how your towns and villages turn out. If they're half as good as your armies, I think they'll be pretty awesome.

Here's another update with some more buildings and Austrian Artillery
24 bases worth of Austrian Artillery guns. These are just the guns and I still need to paint the limbers and so they don't look that good right now. I will eventually base 1 strip of guns (2 + crew) and 2 limber/cassions on a base, to represent a battery.
And some more buildings. These are mostly models I got off Thingverse with a few FMS buildings.

Cheers Kieran

I like how all the buildings blend together. I actually need to order up some more Austrian artillery soon. My monster Wagram game ate them all. They’re labeled per that games organization system and I need some “clean” artillery to take pictures of for some rules I’m trying to get done. Thanks for the reminder!
I can’t wait to see what this looks like when you’re done.

No viagra but I've completed more Austrians.
Kurassiers which were easy to paint with the simple colour scheme, and I went with black horses to distinguish them from the Dragoons and Cheveauxlegers. There is enough for 4 Brigades (units) worth which will cover the big battles like Aspern-Essling and Wagram.
And Dragoons on Chocolate brown horses - enough for 4 units worth, although most will end up in mixed cavalry brigades.

Viagra and CBD oil - The two banes of my life as a forum mod! These figures look excellent. I’ll post them over to the FB 2mm group later. What unit is that in the bottom with the red? Looks sharp! I can’t wait to see these organized onto the table top!
