Just downloaded first ACW buildings, great! Additional suggestions: - (Camp-)tents - different fences (snake, picket e.g. - a kind of "fieldworks" - a kind of "entrenchment"

Good suggestions. I'll be making fences available very soon. Fieldworks and entrenchments will also be available. Tents are a great idea.
Right now I'm *just* about to finish up my Wagram project, which I'm hoping to present as a convention game over the next year or so. It's pretty large and complex, and has been taking up a lot of my time. The next project is going to be Gettysburg, so all of the things you're pointing out, and more will become available. There will be some more ACW buildings coming in the near future.
BTW, if you know any friends who are interested in the ACW, let them know what's coming!
The train idea you mentioned before is very interesting, btw. I'm going to have to do some research for that. I'd like to make those and gunboats available.
Let me know what else comes to mind. Like specific ACW buildings, pictures that I could use as models, etc.
Actually... are you in Germany?

Those models are incredible. I'm from Pennsylvania, so there are plenty of old houses like that all over the place. The models are incredibly detailed...
The ACW has some challenges I need to think through. There often weren't a lot of buildings on battlefields; a few farms here and there was about it. There were a lot of fences in agricultural areas. There were also early industrial buildings - sheds, warehouses, and workshops. More variety of buildings is probably needed, compared to the total amount of buildings. But like I said, less per table...

Just noticed,
ACW needs also "covered wagons" too

Just noticed,
ACW needs also "covered wagons" too They're in the Library already as "supply wagons." The wagons used in the ACW were identical to supply wagons used in Europe during the early 19th Century. I learned this in the Louvre. According to the model I saw the Austrian wagons had the canvas cover emblazoned with the black eagle from the Habsburg coat of arms. Once I really begin developing the ACW line I'll copy that model and rename it as an ACW model. I'll have to add it to my long list of organizational projects on the Library.

Totally ok. I'm going to be working on some new figures this weekend. I'll be doing at least a few new ACW buildings. I'm not sure what yet... but something. I accidentally ordered *200* extra infantry pieces from the Micro Range, and I think I'm going to use them to do Gettysburg the same way I did Wagram.
Or possibly Cold Harbor. I have an ancestor who won the Congressional Medal of Honor there during the main assault.
