Due to some bad scheduling, I'm not going to be able to make it to Fall-In. I have a test scheduled for November 10 that I can't get out of, so heading back East is out of the question.
My back-up has also fallen through, and I can't find anyone who wants to commit four entire days to the Dealers Hall. Which is understandable, frankly. It's actually quite a lot of work, and you need coverage at the tables every day. Ugh.
Still, I would really like to have some visibility at Fall-In. Before I contact the directors there and plead out (which will end up costing me $250), I thought I'd ask on here if anyone has any idea of other ways to get something going on at Fall-In? Can I have them distribute flyers or cards or something? I know I've seen them do that before.
I may send up an emergency flare at TMP to see if anyone who has Dealers Hall experience would want to run it. But I'm hesitant to have someone who (1) I don't know, (2) represent my product, (3) which is very new and requires explaining to the uninitiated. Plus, insurance costs and such. This is why I'm leaning towards a bunch of flyers or posters or something.
Any advice or thoughts appreciated!
